This is nothing new and kind of leftover from the Iran/Contra days. There is a lot of money in this business and one dealer reported a good day would bring him millions of dollars. I guess that is a good motivation even for some low paid agents of this and that 3 letter agency.
The question is why are the continuing to turn a blind eye? John Kerry in one of the videos below verifies this is happening and someone is letting this stuff get into certain US neighbourhoods leaving other areas largely untouched.
Again, why are certain neighbourhoods targeted?
