It is always good to see various sides of the story.
The corporate has a built in bias and does not always provide the straight goods. It is not so much what is reported is not true, (although one can question the mainstream's media interpretation of the fact), it is what is NOT reported that leaves the average person living somewhere in the twilight zone.
The great thing about the net is that the monopoly over information is history. Maintaining freedom of information on the net is essential. Keep that in mind if your representatives ever try to sell you on controlling the net.
