30 years after compulsory vaccination became US Law: US Court issues an
injunction to stop it and to hold the government and the drug companies
responsible for reactions.

A Preliminary Injunction to stop mandatory vaccinations has been issued in the

United States District Court of New Jersey. This comes after a federal lawsuit

opposing forced vaccines was filed in that court by Tim Vawter, pro se attorney,

on July 31st with the federal goverment as defendant.


When the judge signs the Preliminary Injunction, it will stop the federal

government from forcing anyone in any state to take flu vaccine against their will.

It will also prevent a state or local government from forcibly vaccinating anyone,

and forbid any person who is not vaccinated from being denied any services or

constitutional rights.

Vawter’s filings included a Complaint, and several pages of evidentiary Exhibits.

Vawter’s legal papers have been written not only for filing in federal court, but

additionally so they can be looked at by activists around the world for ideas on

filing lawsuits in their own countries to help stop forced vaccinations.

Vawter believes that as the truth of the dangers of flu vaccines continues to

become known, banning the forced use of them will eventually succeed on a

worldwide basis. He cautions people to avoid fear and keep themselves focused on

the task of blocking forced vaccination.

Preliminary Injunction will immediately halt mandatory vaccinations in the

U.S. The Court, having heard the Motion for Preliminary Injunction and read

the papers in its support, states in the Preliminary Injunction that it appears the

federal government has engaged in some amount of negligence with regards to

failure to properly investigate the safety of the flu vaccines scheduled for use in

late 2009-2010, and the evidence submitted does warrant a more thorough

investigation into the safety of the flu vaccines.


The Court ordered that the government shall be forbidden from forcing any person

to be required to take any influenza vaccination against that person's free will and

free choice. The government will not allow any state or local government, or any

party, to force any person to be required to take any influenza vaccination against

that person’s free will and free choice.

U.S. government is sued for gross negligence and violation of the Constitution

In his Cause of Action, Vawter charged that the federal government has engaged in

gross negligence by funding and promoting flu vaccines that are proven to be

dangerous and manufactured with little oversight.

The vaccines scheduled for use in late 2009 and 2010 contain heavy metals

including thimerosal mercury, which have been proven to cause autism in

children with lowered immune systems, and other dangerous and toxic

ingredients.

The federal government has stated it will force these flu vaccines onto the

American public against their will, under a document signed by Health and

Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.

He further charged that the vaccine makers stand to earn billions of dollars

selling vaccines, and are already spending tens of millions advertising a “Phase 6

Pandemic” that the evidence shows does not really exist. The federal government

has not required the World Health Organization (WHO) to show evidence of such a

pandemic. There has been no collection of facts, sworn testimony, witnesses being

questioned, hearings being held, or lie detector tests being given when

preposterous statements have been made. The WHO declared a massive “Phase 6

Influenza Pandemic”, even though only a few hundred people worldwide had so far

died of this swine flu virus, and when far more people die each year of regular flu.

Vawter noted there is a preponderance of evidence to show that the federal

government so poorly trained its employees that they eagerly agreed with the

unsubstantiated claims of the WHO in the face of evidence to the contrary.

Forced vaccination would violate the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution by

allowing the government to enter homes and force people to be vaccinated, or to

forcibly remove people to another location for vaccination. It would also violate

Fifth Amendment Constitutional rights by depriving people of liberty without due

process of law.

Vawter charged that the federal government has engaged in gross negligence

by failing to properly investigate factual evidence submitted by esteemed medical

professions over many years which proves flu vaccines have caused serious damage

to people. The CDC has stated that thimerosal mercury is being used in the flu

vaccines being prepared.

The government has failed to investigate profiteering. Billions of dollars in vaccine

sales can cause organizations to falsify threats so as to cause unwarranted public hysteria leading to forced vaccinations.

The government is guilty of gross negligence because its employees failed to

properly investigate the release of a case of live swine flu virus.

One of the main companies the government deals with, Baxter Vaccines, was apparently involved in the transporting of live bird flu virus that was released on a public train earlier this year.

A lab technician with the Swiss National Center for Influenza in Geneva had

travelled to Zurich to collect eight ampoules, five of which were filled with the

H1N1 swine flu virus. However, failure of the dry ice in their container allowed

pressure to build up, and the ampoules exploded as the train was pulling into a

station.

The highly reputable UK newspaper “the Telegraph” reported on July 2nd that
flu vaccines tested on homeless people caused twenty-one of them to die.


Vawter charged there is a preponderance of evidence to show that government

will not provide people being vaccinated with a list of the vaccine ingredients and

possible negative side effects before they are vaccinated. Most of the public will

not know this flu vaccine contains thimerosal mercury. Vawter submitted an

Order to force the government to publish vaccine ingredients and side effects, and

to give this information to everyone who takes a flu vaccine, and to do so at least 3

days prior to their vaccination. A denial of this order would violate Plaintiff's

rights to demand the government obey the First Amendment of the U.S.

Constitution by requiring it to engage in freedom of speech. The First Amendment

not only allows a citizen to have freedom of speech himself, but it allows a citizen

to demand his government engage in freedom of speech when it is promoting the

use of such as these vaccinations to the public.

The government proclamation stating a person cannot sue for any damages he

receives from the flu vaccine, completely bypasses the congress and the court

system in violation of the Seventh Amendment of the Constitution which grants

the right to sue to recover for damages. Vawter submitted an Order to deem

unconstitutional any proclamation, rule or similar law that forbids people from

suing for damages resulting from the vaccines of 2009 and 2010.

I have filed criminal charges in Austria against Baxter and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology for producing and distributing contaminated bird flu vaccine material this winter, alleging that this was a deliberate act to cause a pandemic, and also to profit from that pandemic.

Avir and Baxter AG are headquartered inside the Vienna City limits, where I live, and so fall within the jurisdiction of the Vienna City Prosecutor.

In the paperwork I filed with the Vienna City Courthouse on Wednesday, April 8th, 2009, after consulting lawyers, I present evidence of intent to cause harm by Baxter and Avir, citing, among other things, the fact that Baxter uses Biosafety Level 3 regulations to prevent just such a contamination of ordinary flu with the bird flu virus.

Also, I suggest that there are reasonable grounds for believing that Baxter is part of a secret bioweapons programme and that there are plans to release weaponised bird flu on the world’s population soon.

Furthermore, I present evidence to support the notion that Baxter is a smaller entity operating within a bigger aggregate of entities that belong to an international organised crime group, which I maintain can be identified with the group known informally as “The Illuminati”.

I allege there is evidence the US “Illuminati”-controlled government plans to release the bird flu on the US population in the near future, citing bird flu drills, FEMA camps, mass graves among other facts.

Flowing from their obligations as a signatory to the UN Convention for the Punishment and Prevention of Genocide, I argue that Austrian courts are bound by law to prosecute any individuals or organisations when there is reasonable proof that they are involved in planning any genocide, including US officials.

In an era of global crime organisations, I argue it is more necessary than ever that Austrian courts leverage international laws to protect the Austrian people as well as people all around the world against the bird flu and other threats, posed in particular by the “Illuminati” global racketeering influenced organised crime syndicate.

As evidence for Baxter’s participation in a secret, black international bioweapons programme, I cite reports that the “bird flu” virus was resurrected by US bioweapons scientists from the Spanish Flu virus in 1996 and also note that Baxter has patented a highly pathogenic bird flu virus mutation, something difficult to account for if Baxter is not doing research into weaponised bird flu strains.

As evidence that Baxter deliberately manufactured and distributed the contaminated material, I note the way the Biosecurity Level 3 regulations were systematically subverted at Baxter’s facilities in Orth an der Donau.

I also note the reports in the media that the contaminated material was sent to 16 laboratories with a false or incorrect llabel as evidence of intent to deceive staff in outside laboratories into thinking they were handling relatively harmless material and into taking fewer precautions, so increasing their risk of being infected by the bird flu and acting as pandemic bird flu carriers into the general population.

I argue the fact that at least 36 to 37 laboratory staff were treated preventatively for bird flu and normal flu in hospital underlines the danger that they could have been infected with the bird flu, and could have sparked a pandemic.

In addition, I present arguments for classifying Baxter’s production facilities for the vaccination material for the bird flu — specifically the use of 1,200 liter bioreactors and vero cell technology — as a dual biological weapons programme. This is because it would allow a huge amount of contaminated vaccine material to be produced rapidly if any live bird flu virus material ever got into the bioreactor in the first place.

I argue that the production and distribution of contaminated bird flu material by Baxter to 16 labs this winter showed that every safety control failed – and that another such a systematic “safeguards” failure cannot be ruled out again and nor can it be ruled out that contaminated material ends up in 1,200 liter bioreactors. I cite opinions that the Spanish Flu Pandemic of 1918-1919 was spread by contaminated vaccines.

I contend that a motive for Baxter for sparking the pandemic is profit.

In 2006, Baxter sealed a contract with the Austrian Health Ministry to supply 16 million doses of bird flu vaccines in the event of a “pandemic”. This action fits the pattern of deriving an income from illegal activities which is typical of an organised crime racket.

[Note: The Austrian Health Minister who signed the deal with Baxter in 2006 is Maria Rauch-Kallat, the wife of Alfons Mensdorff-Pouilly, who was released from jail in Austria on April 3rd, 2009, after being held in custody for five weeks in connection with bribery and money-laundering involving British weapons maker BAE systems.]

I also allege that the Austrian and international authorities are involved in a cover up.

As evidence for the cover up, I cite the fact that no action has been taken by the authorities. Little to no information has been released to the public.

While none of the political parties has made a statement, a few members of parliament apparently acting on their own tabled questions to the Austrian Health Minister on March 20th to obtain information.

Questions tabled include: “Can a threat to the Austrian people be ruled out?” “What steps have been taken to stop a repeat?”

In my charges, I argue that the people of Austria have a right to be fully informed about the incident and any investigation.

I suggest the notion that Austria has a “state within a state” or a “secret army” , a group of agents who act on the orders of Illuminati and who have annexed key positions in Austrian government and authorities, and who provide cover that allows Baxter and Avir to operate more or less outside the law.

I allege that persons in charge of the Austrian mainstream media are part of the cover up of this crime syndicate. The media in gross dereliction of its duty as the fourth estate to call organisations to account has been pretty much silent about the incident here in Austria.

Because so few Austrians have heard about the way Baxter produced and sent out the pandemic material this winter, they will be more willing to allow themselves and also their children to be injected with a vaccine supplied by that same company Baxter in the event of a pandemic, I argue. The silence of the media is, therefore, I contend a necessary element in carrying out this crime.

Should millions of Austrians and Europeans die as a result of the bird flu pandemic and/or contaminated vaccine material, their homes, property, savings, farms, companies and other assets could fall to the state authorities controlled by organised crime, and so could be transferred into private hands with ease.

I argue there is a robbery motive to the murder of millions of people throughout the world by use of weaponised bird flu. I present evidence that the “Illuminati” have planned the current global financial collapse to enrich themselves, and they are now using the relatively inexpensive and efficient weaponised bird flu as part of a pre meditated plan to eliminate huge numbers of their robbed victims before these can regroup and obtain retribution.

If the international organised crime syndicate I designate as the ”Illuminati” manage to kill millions or billions of people by unleashing a pandemic bird flu, they are in a position to take control not only of personal assets of their victims but also of natural resources of entire countries, resources that are increasingly valuable at a time of global warming, I argue.

As for the next step, I was told my file would be assigned a case number and allocated to a state prosecutor who will review the information and, if there is enough evidence of violations of laws, authorise criminal charges to be brought against Baxter and Avir.

What is in the Regular Flu Shot?

· Egg proteins, including avian contaminant viruses

Will This Vaccine Be Tested?

According to Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, 5 tests are planned. It is not clear as to the use of the squalene adjuvants, ASO3 and MF-59.

Because of concerns raised, the FDA is now hedging. Independent studies of squalene used as a vaccine adjuvant indicates that it is associated with a very high incidence of autoimmune diseases, such as an MS-like neurological syndrome, rheumatoid joint disease and especially Lupus.

The developer of MF-59 is Chiron pharmaceuticals, which was purchased by Novartis pharmaceutical company, who will be the main supplier of the swine flu vaccine for the world. According to Dr. Fauci, testing in both children and adults will be without this adjuvant and he admits that we have no data on the safety in children.(See Nature Vol 460/30 July 2009, p 562 for the interview.)

There are 5 tests scheduled for safety before mass vaccinations will resume. I looked up on clinicaltrials.gov the actual studies being done. It is instructive to note that the only studies actually being done do not contain any adjuvant (the immune booster) either for babies or adults.

Yet, when the mass vaccinations begin, the vaccines will have adjuvant added, possibly squalene.

The real irony here is that this is the same bait and switch game they played in the 1976 swine flu vaccine disaster.

They tested one vaccine and gave a different one during the mass vaccinations.

Here we go again. Over 500 people were paralyzed with Guillain Barre disorder. The incidence was much higher, because it was not a reportable disease. And over 300 people died, which is also a very low figure.

Dr. Fauci admits that they have no idea what will happen when they mix the three viruses from the vaccines together or when they are given sequentially. When he was asked if the results of the studies would be reviewed by the health authorities, he answered, “yes, except for those done by the Novartis company.”

He justified this secrecy by saying that Norvartis had a very advanced testing system, which was done “in-house” -- that is, in secrecy.

It is also important to appreciate that this vaccine has been fast-tracked, meaning that many of the usual safety precautions used to prevent contamination of the vaccines will be overlooked by the regulatory agencies.

According to a number of studies, vaccine contamination is widespread, with vaccines containing pestivirus, mycoplasma, viral fragments, DNA fragments and bacterial components, all of which can produce chronic systemic disorders, cancer, neurologic diseases and even slow brain degeneration.

The Following was composed by Dr. Russell Blaylock as a method to reduce autoimmune reactions to the flu vaccines only. Do not use this if you have the flu itself. These are just general observations and not medical advice. You should work with your doctor for a specific program.

Treatment for Toxic Vaccine Exposure

1. Place a cold compress on the site of the injection immediately after the injection and continue this as often as possible for at least two days. If symptoms of fever, irritability, fatigue or flu-like symptoms reoccur -- continue the cold compresses until they abate. A cold shower or bath will also help.

4. Vitamin E (natural form) 400 IU a day (high in gamma-E)

5. Vitamin C 1000 mg four times a day

6. Astaxanthin 4 mg a day

7. Zinc 20 mg a day for one week then 5 mg a day

8. Avoid all immune stimulating supplements (mushroom extracts, whey protein) except beta-glucan -- it has been shown to reduce inflammation, microglial activation and has a reduced risk of aggravating autoimmunity, while increasing antiviral cellular immunity.

9. Take a multivitamin/mineral daily (one without iron -- Extend Core)

10. Magnesium citrate/malate 500 mg of elemental magnesium two capsules three times a day

11. Vitamin D3:

1. All Children -- 5000 IU a day for two weeks after vaccine then 2000 IU a day thereafter

2. Adults -- 20,000 IU a day after vaccine for two weeks then 10,000 IU a day thereafter

3. Take 500 mg to 1000 mg of calcium citrate a day for adults and 250 mg a day for children under age 12 years.

Warning: Swine Flu Shot Linked to Killer Nerve Disease

A warning that the swine flu vaccine has been linked to a deadly nerve disease has been sent by the UK Government to senior neurologists in a confidential letter.

The letter from the Health Protection Agency, the official body that oversees public health, was leaked to The Daily Mail, leading to demands to know why the information has not been given to the public before the vaccination of millions of people, including children, begins.

It tells the neurologists that they must be alert for an increase in a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine. GBS attacks the lining of the nerves, causing paralysis and inability to breathe, and can be fatal.

The letter refers to the use of a similar swine flu vaccine in the United States in 1976 when:

• More people died from the vaccination than from swine flu
• The vaccine may have increased the risk of contracting GBS by eight times
• The vaccine was withdrawn after just ten weeks when the link with GBS became clear
• The U.S. Government was forced to pay out millions of dollars to those affected

Concerns have already been raised that the new vaccine has not been sufficiently tested and that the effects, especially on children, are unknown.
